2008 SEI Online Application Information

In order to initiate the application process please have the student, parents, and guidance counselor complete the forms located at the links below. The student must also complete the essay portion of the application by clicking on the essay link below.

If all of the forms located below are completed the application is not complete until the following documents are submitted:

• A copy of recent semester grades and copies of grade reports for the past two semesters only.
• A copy of recent achievement test score(s), i.e. PSAT, SAT, ACT.
