After completing her Master of Science program in 2003, she was promoted to worldwide manager for two high-profile products at Texas Instruments. Recruited to a senior manager position at Motorola in 2006, Pamela currently oversees the marketing of Motorola's CPE products for cable companies in North America. Pamela's long-term vision is to move up to the executive or VP level. She currently resides in Wyncote, Pa; a suburb of Philadelphia. Mrs. Jordan-Farr is also married and has two children.

A few words from our Alumnus of The Year. "The RAPME summer program was extremely instrumental in shaping my career in electrical engineering. I started RAPME the summer of my 7th grade year and I participated each summer until I graduated from Petersburg High school in 1988. I enjoyed the company tours and the professional lecture series. I have very fond memories of my days as a RAPME student in the mid-'80's. I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering Degree from Howard University ('93) and an MS in Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania ('03). Over the last 15yrs, I've enjoyed a great career in the semiconductor, Voice Over IP and Cable Industry; serving in very different capacities (technical sales and marketing, business development and now management). I'm currently employed with Motorola, Inc as a Sr Marketing Manager responsible for the North America Cable Operators.
